Job Summary
Senior Subrogation Claims Specialist responsible for managing high-value subrogation cases (>$10K) and total losses, ensuring compliance, pursuing recovery through negotiations/arbitration, preparing detailed claim summaries, coordinating with vendors and debt collectors, auditing vendor performance, and monitoring KPIs to meet recovery targets. Requires 3+ years in subrogation or related field, preferred bachelor’s degree in risk management/insurance, proficiency with claims systems, and strong negotiation/problem-solving skills. Hybrid work format: 4 days in office, 1 remote day; located in Tulsa, OK. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in subrogation claims or related field
- familiarity with rental car damage recovery (preferred)
- proficiency in claims management systems (Arbs Forums, E-Subro Hub, Accurint, LexisNexis)
- strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
