Senior Subrogation Claims Specialist

Job Summary
Senior Subrogation Claims Specialist to manage high-value subrogation claims including total loss cases; assess liability, pursue recovery through negotiations, arbitration, or other dispute resolution; prepare detailed claim summaries; monitor KPIs and support departmental goals; collaborate with team members and external vendors; audit vendor performance; ensure compliance and efficient recovery. Hybrid work format (4 days in office / 1 remote day) with office in Downtown Tulsa area and Oklahoma City presence; requires self-starter with negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in subrogation claims or related field (preferred)
- experience with high-value claims and total loss cases (preferred)
- familiarity with rental car damage recovery (preferred)
- proficiency with claims management systems (e.g., Arbs Forums, E-Subro Hub, LexisNexis)
- strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- strong communication and reporting skills
- ability to meet recovery targets and monitor KPIs
- U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship required)
Desired Qualifications

- 3+ years subrogation/claims experience
- strong negotiation and analytical skills
- experience with claims management systems (e.g., Arbs Forums, E-Subro Hub, LexisNexis)
