Job Summary
Senior Subcontracts Supervisor responsible for mentoring a subcontracts team and overseeing the full subcontract lifecycle (solicitation, analysis, negotiation, award, post-award administration) while ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies. Collaborate with auditors, program management, engineering, and contracts to meet project objectives and develop innovative solutions to complex subcontract challenges. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5-7 years of progressive subcontracts management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to obtain a government security clearance. This hybrid role can be based in Cambridge, MA, Reston, VA, or St. Petersburg, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in subcontracts management, procurement, or related areas
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
