Senior Stylist – Cutting & Colouring

Job Summary
Conduct cutting and colouring services with high standards and attention to detail, maintaining impeccable presentation in line with the TONI&GUY brand dress code. Deliver proactive solutions for clients, support colleagues without being asked, and actively seek ways to develop skills on the floor and beyond. Maintain punctuality and professionalism while acting as a brand ambassador inside and outside the salon. Flexible on days and hours, with Saturdays covered as a non-negotiable requirement for full-time roles. Competitive base rate plus commission on services, treatments, and retail, alongside access to advanced training and complimentary hair services.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing (minimum)
- Strong, varied portfolio showing real salon experience
- Saturdays are covered
- Initiative
- A 'get on with it' attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and not waiting to be asked
- Takes initiative and finds solutions rather than problems
- Does not need to be chased, shows up ready and gives their best every day
- Pride in themselves, their work, the business, and the salon environment
