Senior Study Start Up Associate

Job Summary
Conduct feasibility assessments, site identification, and site contract negotiations to drive study initiation. Prepare and coordinate submissions to regulatory and ethics bodies while developing and reviewing Master and Country Specific Subject Information Sheets and Informed Consent Forms. Provide specialized expertise to Study Start Up team leads and project teams regarding site activation tasks. Ensure full regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in site start-up activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of clinical study start-up experience, fluency in English and local language, and willingness to travel 5%.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or local equivalent
- Medical/science background and/or discipline
- At least 3 years of experience or understanding of clinical study start-up requirements and activities
- Fluency in the local language and English
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
