Job Summary

Prepare and submit IRB applications, amendments, and continuing reviews while maintaining regulatory documentation and informed consent processes. Coordinate participant recruitment and enrollment using community-engaged strategies with advisory boards, tracking retention metrics. Implement study activities across phases, including training sessions, co-creation workshops, survey administration, and randomized procedures. Administer surveys via REDCap, ensure data quality, and manage participant visits and study timelines. Facilitate Community Advisory Board meetings, co-creation sessions, and MOUs with community organizations. Support qualitative and quantitative research, prepare reports and manuscripts, and assist with dissemination materials. Schedule team meetings, track project milestones, and perform additional duties as assigned. This role supports the AI-CARE study, a federally funded project focused on improving research communication and trust through AI-enabled tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, health sciences, social sciences, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in clinical or community-based research (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Knowledge of human subjects' research and IRB processes
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with community-engaged or participatory research
  • Familiarity with REDCap or other data management systems
  • Interest in AI, health communication, or implementation science
