Job Summary
Implement student recruitment and conversion strategies for the Southeast Asia region by engaging agents, schools, pathway providers, and partner universities. Liaise with the Ireland-based Regional Recruitment Officer to produce annual regional plans, manage data analysis on recruitment trends and channel performance, and monitor the regional budget. Deliver recruitment presentations and workshops to prospective students, parents, faculty, and government bodies while coordinating staff visits to key markets. Manage day-to-day communications with stakeholders and use the CRM system to track prospective student interactions. Travel frequently within Southeast Asia, up to 12 weeks per year, to support international recruitment objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in increasingly responsible roles related to international student recruitment, marketing and PR
- Demonstrable success in delivering successful student recruitment strategies
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Irish Higher Education system
- knowledge of the broader external market environment for international education
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree
- Strong English fluency
- Proficient in business writing
- Able to discuss strategy and analysis with English speakers
- Experience of public speaking, including presenting to an audience
- Experience of managing, processing and analysing data
- The ability to travel frequently within Southeast Asia - up to 12 weeks per year
