Job Summary
Analyze securitization and asset-based lending structures by extracting key insights from reports, legal documentation, and transaction mechanics to optimize investment strategies. Map large datasets to Cardo AI's proprietary financial models using SQL, Python, or R, with training provided for preferred tools. Act as a trusted advisor to financial institutions, delivering tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and returns while collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. Manage client relationships end-to-end and guide junior team members in structured finance and transaction execution. This remote role reports to the Head of Client Integration, offering autonomy to drive industry transformation in private credit and asset-based finance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in structured finance, securitizations, leveraged finance, or asset-based lending
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with large datasets
- A problem-solving mindset
- Ability to drive projects forward autonomously
- Exceptional communication skills
- Passion for client interaction in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
