Senior Structural Professional Engineer

Lead structural design and analysis for building and infrastructure projects while collaborating with the integrated MEP/S team. Prepare plans, reports, and studies for review; direct technicians and EITs for accurate engineering document production. Interface with clients alongside project managers and visit construction sites to verify conformance to specifications. Research design criteria, regulations, and standards to incorporate them into design documents. Mentor others in design software proficiency, review and approve structural designs for quality and code compliance, and provide guidance on complex design issues. Manage design effort, including planning hours, fees, and schedules for the structural project team.
