Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
- Licensure: Active Professional Engineering (PE) license

- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of wood-framed construction, elevated concrete, and post-tensioned (PT) design
