Job Summary
Senior Structural Engineer with 10+ years DOT bridge design experience. Lead and assist in the design of concrete and steel bridges, retaining walls, and related transportation structures for INDOT and other DOT clients. Responsibilities include overseeing structural analyses, developing calculations, preparing contract documents (PS&E) in accordance with state/local requirements, conducting site visits and bridge inspections, coordinating with Lochner offices, and supporting letters of interest and fee justifications. Proficient in design, modeling and analysis software (Microstation, LARSA 4D, CSI Bridge or similar 3D FEM tools). Requires BSCE; MSCE preferred; Indiana PE required; 6-month relocation flexibility to Indiana. Strong communication and client-relations skills; ability to manage project schedule, scope and budget and to work collaboratively across a multi-office team. Flexible work arrangements include Hybrid or Remote when possible.
Required Qualifications
