Job Summary

Lead planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects from concept through construction while managing scope, schedule, budgets, and team resources. Serve as a technical leader and mentor for engineers and BIM professionals, overseeing calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards. Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions, participating in structural assessments and feasibility studies as needed. This role requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license and 8+ years of progressive experience. Flexible scheduling includes core hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Required Qualifications

  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
  • 8 or more years of progressive structural engineering experience
  • A strong background in project management
  • Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM, and RISA 3D
  • Working knowledge of IBC, ASCE, ACI, and AISC design standards
  • A collaborative mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
