Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineering License
- Minimum of ten years of experience in transportation projects with a focus on bridge design
- Experience with bridge load ratings
- Ability to work effectively as part of a design team
- Ability to manage small design groups and projects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Mid-Atlantic Region
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Ability to develop CAD drawings in Microstation, Open Roads Designer, and AutoCAD
- Experience in conceptual, preliminary, and final design plan production of bridge projects following Federal and State codes
- Ability to develop proposals, schedules and manage tasks independently
