Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliance)
- Expertise in Special Missions or Aftermarket modifications
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
- Minimum 15,000 hours on CATIA V5 with proficiency in: Assembly Design, Part Design (Boolean Operations), Aerospace Sheetmetal, Tubing Design
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Kinematics and Electrical Harness Routing in CATIA V5
- Siemens NX and Teamcenter PLM experience
- Background in aircraft manufacturing or modification programs
