Job Summary
Diagnose complex supply chain challenges using a structured, hypothesis-driven approach and develop data-backed solutions. Conduct quantitative analysis with large ERP datasets to optimize inventory levels, lead times, and product economics. Lead high-impact projects to re-engineer core processes, collaborate with procurement on supplier strategies, and design KPI dashboards to track supply chain health. Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering, Finance, and Operations stakeholders, communicating complex insights to senior leadership. Requires 1-3 years of management consulting experience and proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. This salaried, exempt role involves occasional exposure to operations and warehouse environments.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting from a top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain & Company)
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Proven experience using advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate and analyze large datasets
- Strong understanding of core supply chain concepts (e.g., demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and procurement)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams and driving change within a complex organization
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex insights to diverse audiences, from technical experts to C-suite executives
- A natural inclination to break down ambiguous problems into actionable steps, with a relentless focus on delivering tangible results
- This is a salaried, exempt-level position
- This position typically works in an office environment
- given the nature of our business is also exposed to operations/warehouses/production environments

Desired Qualifications
