Job Summary
Senior Strategy & Operations Lead to partner with Adobe’s leadership in driving business performance, strategic insight, and operating rhythms across a fast-growing digital/SaaS environment. You will translate complex problems into structured frameworks, monitor and synthesize performance across the digital funnel, drive planning cadences, build scalable frameworks and tools for disciplined prioritization, and own high-impact strategic projects from framing to decision. Expect cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and regional teams, and a role that combines consulting-style thinking with owner’s execution to accelerate growth.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a related strategic role — ideally within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems
- Analytical and financial knowledge; comfortable pulling apart funnel metrics, building cases for business change, and translating quantitative analysis into compelling narratives
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills — able to engage credibly with senior leaders, align cross-functional partners, and drive decisions
- Track record of owning high-visibility projects end-to-end
- Deep curiosity about the business - asking 'Why?' - and a bias toward action
- Ability to operate as an internal consultant to senior leaders
- Experience partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and regional teams
