Senior Strategy Manager

Co-develop and refine the corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with TAL's long-term goals and market dynamics. Develop comprehensive strategic plans aligned with the vision, playing a key role in driving the annual strategic planning process, including strategy offsites for the Executive team and the Board. Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend assessment to identify emerging opportunities. Build and own complex models to support strategic projects and extract insights from large data sets. Develop relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, including Executives, Senior Leaders, Business Managers, and external partners on strategy topics. This role is instrumental in shaping TAL's strategic direction, partnering closely with executives to uncover growth opportunities and deliver initiatives that create lasting impact.
