Job Summary
Senior Strategy Manager to lead strategic initiatives within NXP China. Own major strategic programs (e.g., partnerships in core technologies like MCU and analog), drive market-specific pillars and implementation plans, provide strategic analysis to senior leadership, support standardization and governance in emerging sectors such as Industrial IoT, and identify/advocate innovation projects to build a growth pipeline. Focus on building strong stakeholder relationships in China, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. English fluency and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required; 8+ years in strategy-related roles and a strong track record of analytical problem-solving are highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate and/or master’s degree
- 8+ years of working experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, equity research, or a technology-focused role is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure analysis and derive data-driven insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, scenario modeling) and Microsoft PowerPoint (structured and impactful presentations)
- Fluent English, both written and verbal, in a global, multicultural environment
