Job Summary
Senior Strategy Manager at Fertin Pharma A/S leads global strategy development to drive growth and value. Responsibilities include shaping and directing the corporate strategy across business areas, pipelines and markets; translating ambitions into clear priorities and enablers; developing fact-based strategic recommendations grounded in market, portfolio and performance analyses; coordinating with commercial, operations and finance to ensure alignment and execution; guiding investments including mergers and acquisitions with cross-functional collaboration; producing executive materials and analyses to support decision-making; and providing indirect leadership to analysts and cross-functional teams. Required skills include advanced degree (MBA or related master’s), 5-8 years in consulting/strategy, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication and stakeholder management, experience in complex international environments, and fluency in English. Must be willing to travel internationally; HQ located in Vejle, Denmark.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field i.e. MBA or relevant master’s degree in business
- 5-8 years of experience from consulting, business development or strategy role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights
- Experience in complex, multi-site or international environments
- Fluent in written and spoken English
