Job Summary
Senior Strategy Manager for Canada at Entain. Lead strategic planning and financial modeling to support growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning in Canada. Interface with local and regional leadership, across commercial functions (Digital, Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales) and with external partners. Drive high-impact strategic topics, perform data-driven analyses, and present insights to executive leaders. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business frameworks, guiding operational execution to translate strategy into revenue growth, monitoring market trends and regulatory developments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. The role emphasizes thought leadership, cross-functional collaboration, vendor engagement, and a strong analytical and communications skill set to inform strategic decisions for a rapidly growing gaming and sports betting business in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Strong undergraduate degree
- Extensive experience in strategy consulting at a top tier consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, OW, Kearney) with 6-10 years post undergrad or more than 2-3 years post MBA
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
- Proficiency in Excel & data analysis
- Proficiency in business writing and verbal communications, including delivery of presentations to executive business leaders
- Fluent English speaker
