Job Summary
Lead the development of executive-chartered initiatives from concept through operations, managing complex cross-functional projects for new business units, joint ventures, and acquisitions. Conduct strategic assessments including environmental scans, competitor analysis, and market opportunity reports to support service line planning and organizational growth. Act as an analytical thought partner to executive leadership in assessing complex decisions and developing innovative solutions for healthcare delivery modernization. Navigate matrixed organizational relationships and anticipate problems to take corrective action prior to task completion. Maintain a strong knowledge of healthcare market trends to serve as a resource for strategic planning activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or similar field, or currently enrolled in a Master's degree program
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in project management, strategic planning, and data analytics
- Background and experience with hospital operations
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned
