Job Summary
Lead independent workstreams on challenging digital transformation projects in the mobility and automotive sectors, driving strategic recommendations from complex market and technology trends. Develop digital business strategies, transformation approaches, and data-driven concepts while assessing AI and technology maturity levels. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design workshops for management stakeholders and further develop organizational methodologies. Analyze customer and technology trends to derive clear strategic recommendations that influence organizational direction.
Required Qualifications
- A degree with above-average grades
- Ideally with a specialisation in business, engineering or IT
- At least 4–6 years' relevant professional experience at an established management consultancy, in the mobility/automotive sector, or in a strategy, digital or transformation role within a company
- Ideally with responsibility for your own (sub-)projects or workstreams
- Substantial experience in developing digital strategies, operational transformations and organisation-wide change processes
- Demonstrable experience in several of the following areas: Development of digital business models and corporate strategies
- Demonstrable experience in several of the following areas: Change and transformation management, as well as (agile) organisational development
- Demonstrable experience in several of the following areas: Improving the efficiency of processes and value creation structures
- Demonstrable experience in several of the following areas: Data transformation and data-driven decision-making models
- Demonstrable experience in several of the following areas: IT transformation, CIO advisory and technology architectures at a conceptual level
- Demonstrable experience in several of the following areas: Future sales and aftersales, digital customer experiences and platform-based approaches
- Demonstrable experience in several of the following areas: Application of AI and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency, quality and business impact
- Very strong analytical skills
- A keen conceptual mind
- A confident manner
- The ability to communicate clearly
- Fluent in German and English
