Job Summary
Senior Strategy Associate to join Too Good To Go's Group Strategy team in Copenhagen or London. You will support the VP of Strategy with corporate strategy maintenance, explore international expansion opportunities, lead competitive and market trend analyses, develop recommendations for new growth areas, translate ideas into executable products/services, ensure alignment with the OKR framework, and assist with M&A and Commercial Partnership processes. The role requires collaborating with Product and Brand leaders across markets, and communicating insights to senior executives to shape long-term direction and growth strategies. Hybrid work options available from offices, home, or abroad in Copenhagen or London.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in strategy consulting, internal strategy/business development, or high-growth platform environments
- Proven ability to gain buy-in across stakeholder levels
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and online
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset
- Attention to detail with a track record of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
- Resilience and ownership in delivering high-quality outputs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Comfort with case-study based evaluation during the interview process
