Senior Strategy Associate

Job Summary
Conduct data-driven analysis to develop actionable insights for senior decision-making and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities outside business-as-usual. Perform complex analysis, create written communication materials, and project manage parts of strategy and M&A transactions. Assist in structuring problems, defining plans of action, and evaluating M&A opportunities including due diligence coordination and advisor management. Work with stakeholders across the business and senior leadership to define challenges and influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change. Hybrid working from Sydney with 4-6 years of experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking, or private equity required.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity or a similar relevant field
- Ability to work and excel in a high performing team environment
- Outstanding academic record and social achievements
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects or transaction processes, or workstreams within
- Experience in quantitative modelling
- Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across an organisation
- Experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks
Desired Qualifications
- Consumer market experience and/or retail experience is an advantage
