Job Summary
Senior Strategy and Marketing Manager responsible for market and competition analysis, developing go-to-market plans, and aligning market requirements with Avio Aero's value proposition. Role entails benchmarking competitors, defining customer segmentation and pricing alignment, contributing to roadmaps, and creating marketing strategy, sales enablement, and launch plans for campaigns. Responsibilities include capturing VOC, documenting business cases, prioritizing requirements for early product releases, and coordinating cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, technology, operations, communications, customer service) through tollgates and product initiatives. Requires strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations. Fluency in Italian and English; work visa per local regulation is required. Encourages remote work where possible; relocation assistance is provided. Includes collaboration across marketing, product, and business development to support value proposition creation and market competitiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Knowledge and understanding of the aircraft engines market and its adjacencies
- Understanding and curiosity for artificial intelligence and new technologies
- Structured problem-solving attitude and strategic thinking
- Ability to work at a fast pace and in a collaborative manner
- Ability to synthesize complexity into simplicity through presentations and documents
- Technical attitude to understand the products trends and developments and capability to support the value proposition creation
- A general understanding of microeconomics and corporate accounting
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
