Job Summary
Senior Strategy and Integration Lead responsible for developing and delivering the BDS HR strategy and integration across seven organizations and five Centers of Excellence; oversee the management system, dashboards, operating rhythms, and standard tools/templates; plan/facilitate CHRO engagements, executive leadership meetings, trainings, and offsites; lead cross-functional projects, drive change management, and ensure alignment of HR priorities with BDS leadership; on-site role across multiple U.S. locations with strong program-management, stakeholder-management, and executive-communication capabilities.
