Job Summary
Senior Strategist to drive Asia-focused marketing strategy and creative direction. You will lead consumer research (qualitative and quantitative), translate insights into culturally relevant strategic briefs, and oversee creative development with agencies and in-house teams across Asia (Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India) from insight to execution, ensuring campaigns resonate locally while leveraging data-driven testing and optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Marketing Creative Strategist/Planner/Insight Lead
- Hands-on data skills: qualitative and quantitative research (writing discussion guides, moderating user interviews, setting up surveys)
- Analytical confidence: ability to synthesize data into simple, powerful ideas
- Cultural fluency: knowledge of Japan, SE Asia, or India markets
- Excellent brief-writing experience with high-performing work across media channels
- Demonstrable experience managing creative agencies or in-house teams
- Understanding of full marketing funnel and ability to drive commercial results in fintech/tech environments
