Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary
Leads strategic sourcing activities for complex initiatives with cross-functional teams across the Trinity Health system, driving cost reductions, service and quality improvements, and knowledge transfer. Develops strategic commodity plans, manages several simultaneous sourcing processes, and negotiates high-value contracts. Partners with the GPO and RHMs to align sourcing strategy with organizational goals, while leveraging data analytics and BI tools to inform decision-making. Builds dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel; conducts supplier performance reviews and market analyses; and collaborates with legal to finalize contracts. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership of cross-functional teams, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to translate analytical insights into actionable sourcing strategies and cost savings. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in data visualization, financial analysis, and procurement best practices, with a focus on system-wide standardization and continuous improvement across multiple geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, supply chain management, portfolio specific clinical discipline or a related field
- seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in a multi-entity and multi-level organization
