Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager - Remote

Job Summary
Lead sourcing strategies for mid-level risk, spend, and complex vendor categories by developing vendor strategies, administering RFx(s), and leading negotiations and contract drafting. Drive cross-functional vendor lifecycle management, option/cost analysis, and preferred supplier agreement implementation to maximize value through cost savings and risk reduction. Partner with internal stakeholders on approved sourcing strategies, manage contract renewals and amendments, and mentor teammates while maintaining data integrity in procurement systems. Execute implementation of sourcing systems roadmaps and lead competitive sourcing events and RFP responses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
- 5 years of work experience in procurement, buying, supply chain, or strategic sourcing
- 2 years of experience with sourcing and contract lifecycle management technology
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, collaborate, and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP financial systems, sourcing tools, contract lifecycle management systems, and/or other related systems
- PBM/health care experience
- Experience sourcing one or more of the following categories: technology, real estate & facilities, marketing, human resources, clinical, customer service, or PBM operations
- Prior project management experience
