Job Summary

Senior Strategic Sales Specialist to drive win rates and deal velocity for the Nellcor portfolio in Acute Care and Monitoring. Work with regional sales reps while maintaining a separate reporting line to increase commercial quality on complex, high-value opportunities through structured deal execution, differentiated positioning, and collaboration with pricing, contracts, and marketing. Responsibilities include leading multi-stakeholder opportunities, supporting bundles and enterprise solutions, coaching regional reps on deal strategy and value articulation, maintaining accurate opportunity staging and close plans in Salesforce, and contributing to standard deal playbooks and sales assets. Based in New Zealand with flexible NZ locations (Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch), coordination with internal teams to align solution value to economic and clinical outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in patient monitoring or healthcare/medical device sales
  • proven track record in business development, marketing, and/or sales
  • ability to analyze market data and translate insights into growth strategies
  • strong relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and stakeholders
  • experience with cross-functional collaboration and third-party vendors (OEMs)
  • ability to develop and maintain strategic deal strategies, including tenders and long-buying cycles
  • experience with Salesforce.com and opportunity tracking
