Job Summary

Senior Strategic Sales Specialist within the Nellcor portfolio for Acute Care and Monitoring. Partner with regional sales reps while maintaining a separate reporting line to improve win rates, deal velocity, and commercial quality on complex, high-value opportunities by applying structured deal strategies and aligning solution value to economic and clinical outcomes. Lead differentiation by positioning portfolio advantage in bundled and enterprise solutions; support opportunities involving multiple stakeholders, bundled product portfolios, and tenders. Collaborate with pricing, contracts, and marketing to shape deal structures; coach regional reps through deal strategy and value articulation; maintain Salesforce records; contribute to deal playbooks and sales assets. Requires 7+ years in patient monitoring or related healthcare/medical device sales; ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and build relationships with clinicians and KOLs; cross-functional collaboration and vendor management; proactive, organized collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in patient monitoring or related healthcare/medical device sales or business development
  • proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development within healthcare or medical devices
  • ability to analyze market data and translate insights into strategies for growth
  • strong relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and other healthcare stakeholders
  • experience with cross-functional collaboration and third-party vendors (e.g., OEMs)
  • ability to facilitate engagement, organize educational events, and build networks
  • experience with deal strategy, pricing, contracts, and tender processes
  • proficient in Salesforce and opportunity management
  • ability to contribute to forecast accuracy and deal quality assessment
  • comfortable working in a field-sales environment with cross-functional teams
  • strong communication and value articulation skills
  • education/events planning and stakeholder education experience
