Job Summary
Lead the growth and market penetration of Single Use Freeze/Thaw solutions, owning the business strategy for 2D single use bags and assemblies for Bulk Drug Substance and adjacent applications. Develop a clear vision and strategic plan, translate customer needs and technical requirements into business cases, forecast and go-to-market plans, and drive successful product launches from concept to commercialization. Collaborate across R&D, commercial, operations, and partners in a global matrix, monitor competitive activity and market trends, execute annual operating plans focused on revenue growth and margin, formulate pricing strategies, and routinely present insights to stakeholders and senior management to demonstrate commercial and operational impact in the freeze/thaw bioprocessing market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or engineering or related discipline
- 5-7+ years of experience in product management and/or strategic marketing in the bioprocessing industry
- Comprehensive Understanding of Single-Use Assemblies and their role in storage/transport within bioprocessing
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with independence and agility
