Senior Strategic Pricing and Contracting Advisory Manager

Job Summary
Execute scenario planning and modeling to optimize approved pricing and contracting strategies across Commercial and Medicare channels. Collaborate with internal and external functions to align on requests for information, scenario modeling, and ad hoc analysis. Author complex contract documents, manage deal evaluation processes, and quantify profitability for new and existing contracts. Prepare financial analyses for the Pricing Committee, review impact scenarios, and ensure all terms align with anticipated deal structures. Provide regular updates on contract performance issues and advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risk analysis. Stay current on pricing, regulatory guidelines, and competitive activity to incorporate key opportunities and threats into strategies.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree
- degree in Business
- Advanced degree
- MBA
- Legal experience
- A minimum of eight (8) years experience
- four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in the areas of pricing, contracting, forecasting and/or portfolio analysis
- pharmaceutical experience
- Advanced degree may be substituted for experience when appropriate
- 0-10% overnight travel required

- A strong level of analytical, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and other key platforms
- Ability to deliver message and presentations in a clear, confident manner
- Ability to interact and manage multiple internal relationships at all levels of the business
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- An ability to manage and influence to ensure business objectives are met
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced degree preferred preferably an MBA
