Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of Vertiv ANZ's Go-to-Market strategy, driving growth initiatives and ensuring alignment with regional and corporate priorities. Own strategic initiatives from conception to completion, including market intelligence, competitive analysis, and partnership development. Prepare and lead Quarterly, Monthly, and strategy reviews for senior leadership while tracking progress and implementing process improvements. Collaborate with the ANZ Leadership Team, Regional Strategy, and Global Strategy counterparts to support long-term positioning. Comply with Work, Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality obligations.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or related fields
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strategic thinker with analytical rigor
- Proactive and self-directed
- Collaborative and able to influence across functions
- Results-oriented with strong project management discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI preferred
- Expertise in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations and written content
- MBA preferred
- Finance degree is a plus
