Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job Summary
Own the wellness partner portfolio end to end: source, contract, onboard, and manage prospective partners while maintaining a robust pipeline. Lead commercial negotiations from initial discussions through signature, acting as the primary contact for all contracted partners and managing quarterly business reviews, escalations, and renewal decisions. Build the go-to-market and operations playbooks that drive activation campaigns, member support triage, and partner compliance. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams for partner-related requests and consolidate redemption, activation, and cost data into regular reporting for senior leadership. Manage partner risk by tracking contractual obligations, assessing network concentration, and flagging early warning signs before they escalate.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in partnership management, key account management, program management, or a comparable commercial/operational role
- Relationship management experience with accountability for a portfolio of external partners, ideally involving product integrations or platform/marketplace relationships
- Proven commercial negotiation experience: you've led deal negotiations independently, not just supported them, and you're comfortable holding a commercial position in the room without escalating every decision
- Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams across multiple internal teams and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including partner-facing correspondence and reporting
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a role and program that is still being defined
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret partner performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or marketplace/platform environment where processes were being built rather than maintained is highly valued
