Job Summary
Senior Strategic Key Account Manager leading the Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems team; develops tactical and operational plans, allocates resources, and directs cross-functional initiatives to meet sales goals. Manages performance for a team of individual contributors/Supervisors, ensures policy and compliance across the sales function, builds effective customer acquisition and retention processes, and collaborates with sales leadership to address quota/pay discrepancies. Leverages Credo and Leadership Imperatives in decision making and contributes to product direction and marketing campaigns; role is eligible for sales incentive / commissions.
