Job Summary
Senior leader partnering with the President to own and drive the President’s strategic workstreams and high-priority initiatives. Manages execution, tracks status, and serves as a deployable PM for GTM/GTB initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Customer Operations. Leverages AI and automation to scale leadership impact, delivers rigorous analysis and executive-ready materials, and facilitates cross-functional alignment to accelerate strategic programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Program Management Strategic Operations, or related experience
- Proven experience across GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Customer Operations)
- Strong interest or experience applying AI and automation tools to business workflows and project management
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes workstreams
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and presenting findings in PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Exceptional executive presence and accountability across cross-functional teams
- Hybrid working model requiring in-office presence in Foster City on Mon, Tue, and Thu
