Job Summary
Senior Strategic Initiatives Manager to act as a dedicated operational and strategic partner to the President, managing the President’s strategic workstreams, tracking high-priority initiatives, and serving as a deployable project lead for GTM & GTB initiatives across the organization. Drive cross-functional alignment, leverage AI and modern technology to scale leadership impact, produce executive-ready materials, and Own the portfolio of strategic projects from ideation to delivery across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Customer Success, and Customer Operations. Noisy emphasis on executive execution, rigorous analysis, and data storytelling with PowerPoint/Google Slides; requires 7+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
