Job Summary
Senior Strategic Finance Analyst role focuses on financial management that links financial, operational, and business strategy to drive measurable results. Partners with executives to translate LAD goals and company strategy into actionable financial objectives, develops complex financial models and analyses, mentors junior analysts, and provides strategic finance guidance across the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and facilitating financial management programs, implementing processes and tools for transparency and disciplined decision-making, influencing business outcomes, benchmarking and Lean initiatives, and communicating complex issues clearly to leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (advanced degree preferred), 10+ years of related experience, and strong analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills. Exceptional collaboration within a matrixed environment and ability to drive financial strategy and outcomes are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field required
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, CMA, CPA)
- CPA, CMA or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a client-focused finance partner or finance consultant role
- Ability to gather and analyze data, perform financial and strategic analysis, and drive business cases that lead to action
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions
