Senior Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary
Senior Strategic Finance Manager to own the Long Range Plan and align capital allocation with SmithRx’s growth vision. Build and maintain models to measure unit economics across customers, segments, cohorts, and channels; deliver executive-ready materials for monthly reviews and board discussions; support future fundraising and strategic projects; partner with cross-functional leaders on scenario modeling and business cases; define and track KPIs and leading indicators; contribute to differentiated forecasting tools and automation; collaborate with GTM on pricing strategy; stand up systems, tooling, and frameworks for the Strategic Finance team; ensure budgets and forecasts align with long-term forecasting. Requires 8+ years in finance-related roles, expertise with subscription models, and ability to communicate insights to executives; Bachelor’s degree; healthcare/health tech experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy & operations, FP&A, or related finance roles
- Experience with subscription business models including ARR, revenue, retention, and unit economics
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and R&D teams
- Exceptionally strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to translate data and analysis into clear executive narratives and present to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- High level of ownership, curiosity, and urgency, with ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity
