Senior Strategic Engagement Lead responsible for account management and value realization across up to 15 biopharma accounts, driving customer value, adoption, and renewals; lead cross-functional collaboration, program management, and communication to align Datavant solutions with customer strategies; requires 10+ years healthcare tech experience and ability to build trust-based relationships; located near Boston, MA with ability to commute to the office and client sites periodically.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in healthcare technology and customer facing roles (required)
- Proven ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders
- Seasoned strategic program and project management focused on connect the dots thinking that puts client value at the center of everything
- Experience working within RWD health analytic companies, CROs, or systems integrators in the healthcare sector
- Application of RWD and RWE in the pharmaceutical and life sciences space
- Understanding of drug development and/or clinical trials
- Living within commutable distance to our office in Boston, MA and able to commute to the office and to client sites periodically
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, high-value customer accounts
