Job Summary
Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager at Calendly responsible for managing a portfolio of the company’s largest accounts (>$40k ARR) and driving adoption, retention, and long-term growth. The role involves delivering a white-glove, ROI-focused experience, aligning product capabilities with customer business objectives, leveraging configurations and integrations, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support, and contributing to CS operations and playbooks.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within a SaaS/PLG environment
- Strong track record of owning and growing complex Enterprise accounts
- Skilled in analyzing customer data to drive strategic outcomes
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and other CS systems; keeping internal systems up-to-date
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and influence cross-functional decisions
- Excellent communicator with strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
