Job Summary
Collaborate with the Central Procurement team to deliver value to site stakeholders while managing an approximate annual delegated spend of 50m CHF. Partner with key stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure business continuity, provide purchasing expertise in tendering and negotiation, and drive supplier performance through local relationship management and savings projects. Support procurement strategy execution by gathering local business needs, monitoring supply market risks, and mentoring junior colleagues. This office-first role includes 20% remote flexibility and occasional travel within the sites network and HQ. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Professional fluency in English
- Strong technical proficiency with SAP and e-catalogue systems such as Ariba
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to work independently within established procedures and ability to influence stakeholders
- High attention to detail when validating complex sourcing requirements
Desired Qualifications

- Master's degree or equivalent transferable experience
- Experience within a regulated industry environment
- Track record in Facilities Management category, implementation and management of managed programs
- Proficiency in German
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment
