Senior Strategic Analytics Lead, Digital

Job Summary
Collaborate with digital product teams and business stakeholders to develop actionable insights and recommendations that enhance digital experiences. Lead the synthesis of industry trends and digital engagement data, manage analytical requests and reporting processes. Analyze user journeys and customer segmentation, acquire and verify data quality, and deliver compelling dashboards and presentations. Design and analyze digital experiments to validate hypotheses and advocate for data-driven change while staying updated on industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience in digital analytics, web analytics, or a related field.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau, and experience with AWS and Redshift.
- Demonstrated experience in experimentation design, execution, and analysis, with a track record of driving change and delivering results through data-driven testing.
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics, with specific experience in Adobe Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to bring together data from multiple platforms and perform user journey analysis, customer segmentation, and advanced analytics.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to advocate for change and influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and own internal stakeholder relationships.
