Job Summary
Senior Strategic Account Executive for Martech ISV in North America. Own highly analytical and consultative sales cycles to grow and retain strategic ISV use cases on the Twilio platform, focusing on messaging and email, with cross-functional collaboration across services, product, finance, and carrier relations. Act as voice of the customer to product and go-to-market teams, stay abreast of AI, data and communications trends, and drive long-range account plans to deliver sustained, long-term growth. Manage high-value, 8-figure+ deals and design account-support strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention, while navigating a remote-first environment with ~25% travel. Requires 5-8+ years of strategic sales experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong English communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Location: Remote in the US (excluding certain states listed in the posting). Qualifications emphasize analytical acumen, revenue leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to scale enterprise customers.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of combined experience in major account or strategic sales
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Analytical account development strategy based on using data to find opportunities and prove value
- Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models for 8-figure deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Experience working with business and technical leaders and building partnerships
- Comfortable with enterprise-scale SaaS/CPaaS/telecom solutions
- Ability to influence across cross-functional teams (services, product, finance)
- Travel approx. 25%
