Job Summary
Senior Store Manager for Merchants location responsible for leading daily operations of the store, including retail and processing functions, while building and developing high-performing teams and maintaining a Christ-centered environment for staff, donors, and customers. Lead and coach team members, oversee donation flow, sorting, pricing, store appearance, and customer experience; ensure on-time opening, manage scheduling and administrative duties, participate in hiring and onboarding, provide training, and communicate needs to leadership. Focus on delivering operational excellence, strong customer service, and collaboration between retail and processing departments to support store success, all within a mission-driven, Christ-centered culture.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in retail, thrift, production, warehouse, or multi-department operations preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Basic computer and reporting skills
