Job Summary
Lead a complex, high-volume outlet store in La Vallee Village by setting strategic direction, maximizing commercial opportunities, and ensuring operational standards are consistently executed. Direct the store leadership team, providing coaching and accountability for business results while acting as second-in-command to the District Manager. Drive comparable store sales growth, increase profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through premium service standards and loyalty initiatives. Manage labour, payroll, and controllable expenses to maximize cost efficiencies, oversee talent development and succession planning, and build high-performing teams. Serve as the senior escalation point for complex customer, people, and operational matters, partnering effectively with the District Manager and cross-functional teams to support regional performance and brand growth. Fluency in French and English is required for this multilingual role.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Multi-site Manager or Area Manager in a Retail environment
- Experience in training and developing a team
- Agility and flexibility to meet the needs of the business, especially during our busiest time of the year
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applications
