Job Summary
Senior Store Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales in a Walpole, NH location. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, managing inventory through merchandising, purchasing, pricing and ordering, processing and labeling orders, receiving products, pricing merchandise, handling cash/credit card transactions, reconciling end-of-day sales and deposits, and coordinating with warehouse staff for customer pickups. Requires knowledge of ag-related products, animal care, merchandising/marketing displays, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Must lift up to 50 pounds, stand most of the day, and have weekend availability. Strong emphasis on product knowledge, independent work and collaboration with team; in-store maintenance and occasional warehouse assistance. Education: High School Diploma or GED; 1-2 years’ experience as a Store Associate preferred; ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Store Associate at Blue Seal or similar retailer
- Customer service skills
- Ability to Lift 50 pounds
- Standing for long periods
- Pass pre-employment drug screen & physical
