Job Summary
Role focuses on end-to-end administration of Box’s global equity programs, including grants, exercises, RSU releases, ESPP administration, and related compliance. You will partner with Legal, HR, Tax, Payroll, and Finance to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and accurate reporting while delivering a best-in-class employee experience globally. Responsibilities include managing equity transactions in Schwab EquiView, coordinating ESPP enrollment, overseeing quarter/year-end close and audits (SOX and ASC 718), preparing equity materials for SEC filings and proxy statements, educating employees on equity programs, identifying automation opportunities, and leading special projects to enhance the global equity experience and reporting capabilities.Qualifications include a BA/BS or equivalent, 4+ years in equity compensation, strong knowledge of ISOs/NSOs/RSUs/ESPP, audits experience, and preference for CEP certification. The role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the assigned office, reflecting a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in equity compensation
- In-depth knowledge of equity platforms such as Charles Schwab EquiView (or equivalent systems) and managing platform processes end-to-end
- Strong understanding and experience of equity programs (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, ESPP) and related compliance, tax, and reporting requirements
- Strong experience supporting internal/external audits and ensuring compliance with SOX and ASC 718
- Experience managing complex reconciliations, close processes, and equity-related financial reporting
- Strong customer focus approach when supporting our global employees and internal partners
- Experience with mobile employee taxation and global equity considerations is a strong plus
- CEP certification (or active progress toward it) strongly preferred
