Job Summary
Communicate with equity plan participants regarding Compass equity programs, resolving questions, issues, and concerns related to vesting, transactions, enrollment, and other general inquiries. Maintain and update participant-facing "FAQ" documents and training materials while assisting with the day-to-day administration of ISO/NQs, RSUs/PSUs, and ESPP. Contribute to the development of equity-related policies and procedures, analyze employee and agent feedback to propose process improvements, and stay current with relevant regulations. Support the Director of Stock Administration with special projects and handle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. This 100% on-site role is based out of a local Hub office.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree
- 2+ years of experience in equity compensation plan administration in a public company
- Prior experience with the equity administration platform, Shareworks by Morgan Stanley and HRIS system
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- General understanding of US federal and state taxation
- Experience being the point person for specific, actionable issues and creating the solution
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication as well as collaboration skills
- Ability to handle multiple complex projects at once
- 100% on-site based out of a local Hub office
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with the equity administration platform, Shareworks by Morgan Stanley and HRIS system, Oracle
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification
- Passionate about customer experience and helping equity holders understand and appreciate their ownership in the company
- Willingness to learn and grow
